Do you think gentrification is a good thing or a bad thing?

According to latest GLPOR survey 24 % of Britons think gentrification is a very good thing, compared to 7 % who think gentrification is a very bad thing, 23 % think it is a fairly good thing, 17 % think it is a fairly bad thing and 29 % don’t know.
