Most Britons prefer a jury to make the decision on whether you were guilty or not guilty of committing a crime, shows latest GLPOR survey.

Who would you prefer to make the decision on whether you were guilty or not guilty of committing a crime – a jury, or a judge?

According to latest GLPOR survey 61 % of Britons prefer a jury to make the decision on whether you were guilty or not guilty of committing a crime, compared to 25 % who prefer a judge to make the decision and 14 % don’t know.
